Having worked since qualifying in 2008, my clients' goals and outcomes are hugely varied, however, they all have one thing in common - they want change. Coaching restores and nurtures self-confidence allowing opportunities for growth, increasing optimism and resilience.

Julie Starr (2011) describes coaching as a series of arranged conversations between two individuals that stimulates learning, action and change. 

It's a tailored approach as your life and thinking are not one size fits all, so your development shouldn't be.​​

I design and deliver coaching programs, training and workshops alongside one-to-one coaching. My work is bespoke and tailored to the organisation whether it's coming in as an external coach, implementing a tailored coaching program or delivering training. Current training and workshops are: -

Voice and Visibility A confidence-boosting workshop for solopreneurs and small business owners. Insights and learning on imposter syndrome, befriending your inner critic, knowing your strengths and decreasing nerves and anxiety all to increase your professional presence.  

Leading Without Losing Yourself - Tips and strategies to managing in a new role, covering self-doubt, fear of speaking up and delegating. Understand the power of your body language, framing and assertiveness.
