I hold a postgraduate qualification from Barefoot Coaching and the University of Chester, with International Coaching Accreditation from 2007. I also have a postgraduate diploma in social work, specialising in mental health.
I'm a founding member of the Universal Coaching Alliance, hold a Mental Health First Aid certificate, and have completed the Oliver McGowan training on autism. I have regular continued professional development through the Universal Coaching Alliance.

My current fees: -
1. A one-off 2-hour online session 150.00
Perfect for decision making, when you're at a crossroads, and short-term goal planning. You’ll leave with clearer thinking, practical next steps, and a renewed sense of direction.
2. Focused Momentum Coaching - 550.00
Five sessions every three weeks for steady progress. Ideal for accountability, insightful learning, and I'll share practical tools and shortcuts where needed. You’ll see consistent and tangible results as agreed in our initial discussion.
3. Transformational Coaching Program — 1,300
Ten sessions every three to four weeks for those ready to invest in lasting and consistent change. We’ll work together to uncover patterns and reframe thinking reduce barriers so you move confidently toward where you most want to be.
Includes check-in support between sessions to keep you on track.
Concessions - I offer a limited number of concessionary places a year to those who need a break. Please feel free to ask me.
